Thinking of the little ones I have prepared this delicate tomato and nectarine gazpacho.
It takes only half a clove of garlic and very little onion. I haven't put any pepper on it though, if you have a piece of Red pepper, I would also put it in the glass.
My advice is that you use very cold water for your preparation. Ideally, prepare it at least two hours in advance and keep it in the refrigerator. When you take it to the table it will have the ideal temperature.
