Ingredients

For the cream:

50 g of spring onion
30 g of extra virgin olive oil
100 g of peeled potato
500 g of zucchini
500 g of vegetable broth
Some parsley leaves

For the tomato:

1 Tomate
Some parsley leaves
10 g of extra virgin olive oil
Sal Island

Preparation

We put the chives in the glass. We program 5 seconds, speed 5. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.
We add 30 g of extra virgin olive oil. We program 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1.
We add the potato, in pieces. We also add the chopped zucchini. We program again 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1.
Now add the vegetable broth with a little salt if we consider it necessary. We program 20 minutes, 100º, speed 1.
Once the programmed time is finished, put some parsley leaves in the glass and crush by programming 1 minute, speed 8.
To prepare the tomato cubes, we cut the tomato into small cubes. We put those dice in a bowl. We pour salt and 10 g of extra virgin olive oil over them.
We serve the zucchini cream with the natural tomato.
