Zucchini pie with pine nut gratin

We keep introducing vegetables y vegetables in our preparations. You already know that with Thermomix we can adapt any traditional preparation. Many times we do not dare to do many things for fear of how difficult it can be. Today I bring you a challenge to overcome that fear. A zucchini pie with pine nut gratin that will be delicious.

In today's recipe we will use as main ingredients two vegetables that we usually have at home: zucchini y onion. In this preparation we use almost all the levels of our robot. We will make the mixture in the glass and bake the cake in the varoma. Later we will make a lactonese very light and tasty that will cover our cake and then gratin it in the oven toasting the pinions that we will sprinkle on top.

You will surely love it and you will surely repeat!

As always, here is a video tutorial with all the steps. It's more easy what it seems like!

Hello, instead of al varoma, I can make it in a bain-marie in the oven, right? Thank you!

Sure! Without any problem. You just have to control the time and check that it is done by prodding with a knife or toothpick. If it comes out clean it will be ready.
