Cikakken Matakan Kayan abinci ne na yau da kullun na abincin Misra, wanda tabbas ya yadu a wasu ƙasashen Gabas ta Tsakiya. An shirya shi ne bisa dafa wake sannan kayan sabo kamar su faski, coriander, albasa, lemun tsami kuma, sama da duka, muhimmin taɓa cumin an haɗe shi.
Yana da tasa satiating, tunda babban abinda yake hada shi shine garin wake, kuma yawanci ana shan sa sosai a wasu lokuta kamar Ramadan. Shin sosai lafiyayye kuma mai sauki da sauri Don shirya.
Mun yi saurin daidaitawa don Thermomix, wanda a ciki muka yi amfani da wake na gwangwani da aka riga aka dafa (duk da cewa a ƙarshe za ku iya maye gurbinsa da gwangwani baƙin ko jar wake). Wani zaɓi shine a dafa wake daban a cikin tukunyar bayyana (bayan an jiƙa shi daren jiya).
