Da farko dai, kar masana da masoya taliyar gargajiya da ta Italiya su kashe ni! (musamman abokin aikina Ascen, wanda ke zaune a Italiya kuma ya kware da fasahar taliya da ƙwarewa). Tare da wannan girkin na yi niyyar in nuna muku yadda suke shirya tare da TM5 taliya carbonara a cikin wani yanayi bayyana (A ƙasa da mintuna 30 !!) da kuma wani abu na zamani kuma ba mai aminci sosai ga girke-girke na gargajiya ... tuni muka fara daga tushen cewa zamuyi amfani da kirim (alhali kuwa ainihin ba su da cream ...) kuma hakan Har ila yau, za mu dafa komai a lokaci guda, miya da spaghetti ... shin kun shirya don wannan sabon sigar?
Kyakkyawan zaɓi ne idan ba da gaske muke son dafawa ba ko kuma ba ma son ɗaukar lokaci mai yawa da ƙoƙari wajen shirya abincin taliya. Tabbas, don Allah, kada ku daina gwadawa ingantaccen carbonara, waxanda suke da daxin gaske kuma sunfi kyau ga dandano! Amma wannan, dole ne in yarda, ba shi da kyau ko kaɗan? Spaghetti carbonara "bayyana"
Spaghetti "carbonara express" don fita cikin gaggawa kuma ku shirya cikin ƙasa da mintuna 30 da kuma taliyar taliya mai wadata. A mataki daya kawai: muna dafa taliya a cikin kayan miya na carbonara.

Barka dai Javier, zaka iya kara adadin idan dai sun daidaita kuma sun dace da gilashin ka. Waɗannan zasu zama sauye-sauyen lokaci:
Mataki 2. Saka albasa da mai a cikin gilashin sannan a yanki sakan 6, saurin 4. Za mu soya minti 4, 120º, gudun 1. (Zan kara lokacin soyawa zuwa minti 8).
Mataki 3. Addara naman alade kuma soya na minti 3, 120º, juya zuwa hagu, saurin cokali. (Zan kara wannan lokacin zuwa minti 6)
Mataki 4. Addara kirim, ruwa, gishiri da shirin minti 6, 100º, juya zuwa hagu, saurin cokali. (wannan lokacin ƙara shi har zafin jiki ya kai 100º)
