Ndaisada mamwe ma risotto muThermomix ... mmmm anonaka chose. Nhasi tichagadzira chikafu chinonaka: Iberian risotto. Ini ndakatokuudza kuti ine flavour ine simba, asi yakapfuma zvakanyanya nekuti iyo kamukubata kwechorizo… haina kufananidzwa.
Zvisungo zve risotto iyi zviri nyore kwazvo: Iberian musanganiswa (munyaya yangu, ham, chorizo uye salami), zvimwe sipinashi nyowani, ketchup uye yakanaka Parmesan. Zvinonaka! Asi iwe unogona kuita musanganiswa wezvigadzirwa zveIberia zvaunoda, izvo iwe unofarira zvakanyanya, kuti une zvakawanda zviri pedyo kana, zvakananga, zvaunofanira kushandisa (chenjera, risotto isarudzo yakanaka yekushandisa chikafu).
Pakubika iyi tiri kushandisa sipinachi yemwana. Titsvakirei sipinachi yeshizha diki diki, saka izvo zvinotengeswa mumabhegi esalad akatogadzirira kudya zvakakwana. Iyi fomati iri nyore kuwana mune chero supermarket.
