1. Sifaka isipuni esingu-1 sebhotela nenye igalikhi engilazini. Sika imizuzwana emi-4, ijubane lesi-5, sehlisa izinsalela zesembozo nezindonga ngasezinkingeni bese sihlela imizuzu emi-4, izinga lokushisa 100º, isivinini sesipuni.
2. Faka i-1000 g yamanzi, i-turmeric nosawoti engilazini nasekushiseni Imizuzu emihlanu, izinga lokushisa 7º, isivinini sesipuni.
3. Sifaka ubhasikidi ngaphakathi kwengilazi, sifake irayisi kubhasikidi, sivale umshini nohlelo Imizuzu eyi-10, i-varoma, isivinini esingu-3 1/2.
4. Thela esitsheni esikhulu usakaze kahle, engeza esinye isipuni sebhotela ugovuze bese ukhulula okusanhlamvu ngemfoloko. Fafaza ngeparsley, chives oqoshiwe bese uhlobisa ngogalikhi (ngokuzithandela).
