Coconut nougat

The coconut nougat is the favorite of my father-in-law and mine, we both love it the coconut. Before Christmas Day arrives we have already eaten two or three tablets, but I assure you that we do not get tired of it, great !.

When I first saw this recipe, it seemed so simple That I thought it wouldn't look good And I was wrong, because the result is spectacular.

Only with two ingredients, coconut and condensed milk, this wonderful nougat comes out that we can cover with chocolate. In addition, it is prepared in less than 10 minutes.

      Hello Laura, you can do this a few days in advance, but as soon as the chocolate is dry you have to wrap it well in plastic wrap so that the coconut does not dry out. You'll see how delicious it is, I also love coconut. All the best.

    Hi! Maybe you have been asked more times, but it is not clear to me the difference between chocolate fondant and chocolate desserts. It is not the same as dark chocolate, is it? The thing is that in Erosky I once saw chocolate fondant, but it was in a small bottle of about 350gr, and I choco nestle desserts is like a tablet lined with brown paper. Thank you !!!

    hello, I love this page I wanted to congratulate you since I discovered it 2 days ago and I already decided to make this recipe. But I have a question because I did it 2 hours ago and the choco is still soft. Do I have to put it in the fridge so that it finishes getting hard? or do I leave it out? and once hard the cuttlefish is kept in the fridge? I guess yes. Thanks

      Hello Gau, for the chocolate to harden it is better to put it in a cool place and not in the refrigerator. This nougat should not be in the refrigerator pq. the coconut would be too hard. Once the cuttle is dry you have to wrap it in plastic wrap. Greetings and Happy Holidays!.

    I have done it and it has been a success. What I have varied, simply, is that I have covered a silicone mold with the dark chocolate and, when it has cooled, I have added the coconut paste on top. Afterwards, I covered the coconut with more dark chocolate so that it was covered in chocolate.
