The cold starts and turning on the oven to make a cake is a pleasure. Today we propose one very easy, with yogurt and oil. On the surface we are going to put some pieces of pippin apple and a little muesli.

If you don't have pippin apple, use another variety. Of course, when roasted, the pippin has a special flavor. This type of apple is also perfect for preparing steamed apples.

Easy apple yogurt cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g of sugar and a little more for the surface
  • 1 yogurt (125 grams)
  • 60g milk
  • 100 g of sunflower oil
  • 220 g flour
  • 10 g of yeast type Royal
  • 1 pippin apple
  • A splash of lemon juice
  • Some muesli

Preparation

  1. We grease and flour a not very large mold, hoop or normal.

  2. We fit the butterfly into the glass. We put the eggs and sugar in it. We program 3 minutes, speed 3.

  3. We add the yogurt, milk and oil. We program 15 seconds, speed 3.

  4. We remove the butterfly and add the flour and yeast. We program 10 seconds, speed 3. We just integrated everything with the spatula.

  5. We put our dough in the mold that we have prepared at the beginning.

  6. We peel the apple and cut thin segments. We add a splash of lemon. We distribute the segments on the surface, vertically.

     

  7. We also put a little muesli on top and sprinkle moistened sugar.

  8. Bake at 180º for 35 or 40 minutes, until we see that it is baked.
