The cheesecake is made with practically five ingredients and in a very simple way. It is one of those cakes that you just have to mix, bake and let stand.

Ingredients
Cheese Cake
- 600 g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
- 4 eggs
- 240 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 280 ml cream to assemble
Apple layer
- 2 small apples
- Half a cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 30 butter g
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 600 ml water
Preparation
We heat the oven to 200 °.
For the cheese cake: in our Thermomix glass we will add the 600 g of cream cheese, the 240 g of sugar and the tablespoon of wheat flour. We mix it during 1 minute at speed 3.5.
Add the 280 ml of whipping cream and the 4 eggs. We mix it a little with the ladle and beat it by programming 1 minute at speed 3,5.
We choose a round pan of about 20 cm in diameter. We are going to cover it with baking paper. To do this, we wet the paper, crumple it and place it inside the pan. We emphasize so that the paper reaches all the corners well and we pour the cream inside. We put it in the oven for 40 minutes. It is important that when the baking time passes we turn off the oven and let it rest inside until it cools.
For the apple layer: cut the apple into small cubes. In our clean glass we add the apple pieces, the 30 g of butter, the half cup of brown sugar and cover it with the 600 ml of water. We are going to cook it for 15 minutes at 115 ° at spoon speed.
We add the two tablespoons of wheat flour, the teaspoon of cinnamon and the oatmeal spoon (optional) and we program again during 3 minutes at 100 ° at spoon speed. We let it cool down before adding it to the cake.
We remove the cake from our mold and decorate it with the layer of apple pieces. When you serve the portions you will see that there is enough apple so that you can accompany the portions with a little more. You will love its mix of flavors and texture.
