Lentils Cream

I'm going to tell you my trick so that my kids coman vegetables: Thermomix. The truth is that they taste them without the need to grind, but very little, they just don't like them. So I do the "mash brown ”, a cream of lentils, adding to our vegan lentils a glass of whole milk or evaporated milk and a pinch of sugar.

And they eat it very comfortably. And the truth is that I do too. To mine I add some spices once I have removed the one from the children. Our lentil cream is delicious. Give it a try.

An easy trick for children to eat legumes: turn them into a fine cream that adults will also like

Ingredients

• 400 g of lentils already cooked
• 250 ml of evaporated milk (or whole milk if you prefer a lighter puree)
• 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
• half a teaspoon of cumin (if you are going to eat it as adults, for the little ones, I do not recommend it)
• a pinch of pepper

Preparation

1. We put the lentils, milk and sugar in the glass and crush during 1 minute, progressive speed 5/10.

2. We serve the children's plate. And we add the spices to the cream that has remained in the glass. We shred 10 seconds speed 7/10.
