Microwave brownie

microwave-chocolate-cake

We continue making cakes in the microwave. Today's is from chocolate and it takes 15 minutes, cooking time included.

This time I tried the same cake in the oven, to see the difference. They seem like different recipes, but both are good. The microwave (the one you see in the photo) is more juicy, moist… And with a less intense color than baked.

But of course, it takes us almost 1 hour to cook it in the oven and in the micro in 10 minutes. We prepared another a few weeks ago, the of lemon, I leave you the link in case you want to try it.

Do you have to put in the oven micro mode or some special function? Or do you put the micro in function to heat milk to understand us?

That is, depending on "heat milk" 😉

Hi! At the end I made the recipe with the ingredients you had put in and it came out very juicy but not very sweet and I put chocolate chips on top of the dough. Can the amount of brown sugar be increased or is it better to add normal white sugar? And what quantity. Thanks.

Good afternoon Ascen. I have 2 questions for this wonderful recipe: With regard to "cane" sugar, do you mean brown? And to cocoa powder, is it sugar-free, Valor type? Thank you.

      Hi carmen,
Yes, yes, that's it. Brown sugar and bitter cocoa type Valor.
      Thank you!!
