Have you ever entered the word "pate" in our search engine? Come out more than 40 different recipes. And the thing is that we have patés to solve any appetizer: vegetables, meat, cheeses, anchovies ... Today I bring you one very easy y fast: The Mussels Pate. It is ready in 3 minutes.

There are different versions of this pate. I do it with pickled mussels, tuna in oil and cream cheese. The taste is smooth and the texture fine. But there is also a thicker version with a more accentuated flavor, which is made with portioned cheeses. If you want to try it, you only have to substitute the cream cheese for 3 portion cheeses and do not remove the broth from the marinade or the oil from the tuna. The rest, all the same.
