Strawberry milkshake

Today I bring you a recipe that, most likely, is that you will already know. The strawberry smoothie is the recipe that mothers always use for their children to take fruit and milk without complaining.

I try to get us to eat fruit at home and, needless to say, we can't resist this natural smoothie and so rich. Which also helps us to take advantage of the surplus strawberries that we have. 

This time instead of cow's milk, I have used soy drink. A much healthier alternative suitable for vegan and lactose intolerant.

The amounts that I put are approximate, you can adjust them yourself to prepare the strawberry smoothie personalised to your tastes.

      HELLO Aurora, you can use the milk you prefer, I have used soy drink, especially known as soy milk, but if you look at all the manufacturers put soy drink. Or any type of milk, whole, semi, etc ... The good thing about this shake is that you can add the type of "milk" that you prefer or can drink.

      Yes Aurora, I know the Kaiku brand are good and go great for the strawberry smoothie. Of course you could substitute it for yogurt, whole or semi milk, whichever you like!
