Pear cake

This delicious pear tart is very simple to do. What will cost you the most time is the cake sheet and it takes 12 minutes, so imagine how easy it will be to make the rest of this recipe.

The cream of the filling is delicious pear compote mixed with whipped cream. I have used water pears but you can use the type of pear that you like the most.

La decor it is our choice. We can use slices of pears or other fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, cherries, peaches or kiwis that will add a touch of color.

I have had lots of pears and I have not known what to do with them, it does not matter if I buy them because the cake deserves it.

What does the cake look like !!! I'll make it for the next family meal.
I have some doubts, would a silicone mold be worth it?
Is the cake consumed frozen or should it be allowed to defrost after decorating it fresh from the freezer? Bss
    Many

    1.    Elena said

Hello Loreto, if the silicone mold is one of those that have a plate as a base and only the side is made of silicone, okay. If it is made entirely of silicone, I do not recommend it because unmolding it can spoil it. Why do you want to freeze it? As long as it is one night (minimum 8 hours) in the refrigerator, it is perfect. I make it the day before consuming it, I leave it in the refrigerator and decorate it 1/2 hour before serving it. All the best.

What does "We ride at 3,5 speed, no time" mean?
    Between 3 and 5?
    A greeting.

Hello Gustavo. Speed 3,5 (three and a half) means that you have to put the speed mark between 3 and 4. Greetings.

hi girls, thanks for sharing the recipes, but please see if you know any recipes for pear pudding. Thank you

Hi Cristina, I have this recipe that I hope you like. Also, thank you very much for reminding me because I feel like doing it. All the best.
      - Ingredients: 1 k. of pears, 1 250 g Quark cheese terrine, 200 g of milk cream, 250 g of milk, 1 sachet of curd, 150 g of sugar (100 for cream 50 for caramel)
      - Preparation: Peel the pears, remove the core and divide them into 4. Put in a saucepan with 50 grams of sugar for 10 minutes, after which remove the pears and let the syrup reduce until it becomes blond caramel. Put this candy in a mold and place the pears that we have reserved. Put all the other ingredients in Thermomix and mix for 15 seconds in V 6 and add on top of the pears. Put in the fridge for at least 8 hours.

Hello Elena, I love your recipes. Congratulations. I have a question: Could this cake be made with apple compote instead of pear compote? (With the exception of not decorating it with apple, obviously (due to the oxidation of this fruit, which gets ugly)) Thanks, Regards

    1.    Elena said

Hi Ruth, yes it can be made with applesauce. The truth is that the good thing about recipes is that we can adapt them to our liking. I hope you like it. All the best.

Thank you very much for answering Elena! If I dare to do it this weekend, I promise to tell you the result with apple. a greeting.

        1.    Ruth said

I have made it with apple! and very rich, although I decorated it with kiwi and no one knew what it was. They identified that it was fruit, but I think the kiwi camouflaged the taste of the apple. Anyway, it was very successful. Thanks! 😉

    Hello Elena,

I have a question about this recipe… When do we use the icing sugar that appears in the recipe ???

    Thank you, greetings.

    1.    Ascend said

      Hi Heidi,
You're right, the recipe doesn't say. You can put it together with the fruits, when crushing them, or after whipping the cream. If you add it with the cream, remember to do it once it is mounted and always with enveloping movements.
      Thank you for following us.
      All the best
