Cream of zucchini

How rich is this zucchini cream !. It is the one we like the most together with the carrot cream. Is light and an excellent starter for any occasion.

I add cheeses but they can be substituted for cream cheese. The result is the same, just as creamy and tasty.

The zucchini cream can be presentar with a drizzle of cream although it also goes perfect with a little virgin olive oil on top.

If i have leftover zucchini, I cut it into cubes and I pass it through the pan with a little oil, I present it by pouring a little pile in the center of the plate. Another option is to fry a few pieces of bread and pour them on top. Any of these options is perfect for this cream.

          Casadielles:
          - For the puff pastry: 1/2 kilo of flour, 1/2 kilo of butter, 200 gr. of water, 2 teaspoons of salt, flour to sprinkle.
          - For the filling: 200 gr. ground walnut, 100 gr. of sugar, 100 gr. of anise, 50 gr. of water.
          We prepare the puff pastry, mixing the ingredients in the glass for 20 seconds at speed 6, and let them rest in the fridge for a minimum of 15 minutes. We make the filling, mixing the walnut, sugar, anise and water in the glass and setting speed 15 for 6 seconds. We spread the dough with the floured roll, leaving it a little thick. We divide it into squares of 10 × 10 centimeters. Next, we place the filling on each square and we roll it up, giving it two turns. It should look like a rectangular dumpling. Spread the edges with a little water, or beaten egg, so that it sticks and close with the help of a fork. We place them on a plate dusted with flour, and lightly brush them with beaten egg. We bake them in a strong oven. To prevent them from bursting when cooking, we have to puncture them in two or three places before putting them in the oven. When they are golden, we take them out of the oven, place them on a tray and sprinkle them with icing sugar.

    Hello everyone, this morning before I went to work, I made the cream for lunchtime, and since we are a bit planning to take care of ourselves, it seemed perfect. The result is more than good, despite the fact that I did not add the cream to reduce the caloric intake a bit. Still delicious.
    Elena, when reading the comments we left, I observed that someone asked you for the recipe for Asturian casadielles. I am from Oviedo, and I prepare some delicious, very very easy ones, I tell you, I prepare the dough with 2 cups of cream and 5 of pastry flour, all mixed for 15 seconds, at speed 5. As each flour absorbs the humidity, if it is too soft we put a little more flour, if on the contrary, the dough is too separated into balls, it is that it admits a little more cream.
    Then I simply take it out of the glass, stretch it with a rolling pin, and fill it with the typical chopped walnut filling, with sugar and anise, or with hazelnuts, all crushed in the thermo.
    They make a kind of dumplings and fry. I serve them sprinkled with icing sugar ... a treat, really.
    Cheer up, try them and tell me. At home, they are not lacking at Christmas.
