Peas with poached egg

This is a very healthy recipe and at the same time very rich. It is ideal to take care of ourselves a little and keep the line. As soon as I saw it, I started to make it for dine since I had a bag of frozen peas.

I liked it so much that I have already repeated it a few more times to take the lunch at work.

It can be done with green peas fresh or frozen. I use them frozen But first I defrost them or if I forget to take them out, I put them in a bowl with hot water, drain them well and ready to prepare.

      It's easier to do than to explain… You have to cut a square of plastic wrap and place it in the cup (turned upside down). Then you put the egg inside the goblet (on the film), add a little salt and tie a knot with the plastic wrap so that it looks like a package (with the egg inside). You cook the peas or whatever with the goblet on (and the egg inside). This is how the egg will cook for you.
