Pineapple custard

All the  pineapple custard It is a very original recipe and, at the same time, simple and easy to prepare. Serve them cold to enjoy a delicious dessert.

It can be done by completely crushing the pineapple and integrating it into the cream or leaving the pineapple in pieces. I usually do it with the pineapple chunks because I like its crunchy texture.

If we make it with completely crushed pineapple it is also a great pie filling. Make sure the cream is very cold so that it has the perfect texture.

Why can i substitute the egg? My husband does not like the taste of the egg in the custard, and he has me migrates because he is asking for a delicious dessert every day. Thank you for this very enjoyable blog, I visit it every day.
One kiss and still so cool.

Sweet, for these custards you have to put an egg. It is so that they curdle, with another ingredient the flavor and texture change a lot. A very rich dessert is rice pudding and it does not contain an egg. Greetings and I'm glad you like our blog.

Today I prepared this dessert and I really liked the taste of the traditional custard egg together with the fresh pineapple…. ummm, delicious. Since my little girl is chocolate blind, I have topped them with chocolate noodles, and it has been a total success. Thanks once again.

What if you use skim milk and sweetener? Will it be very noticeable? So, I, who am on a diet, in addition to making them, I can eat them !!!!! Thanks!!!

In the end I have not decided to make the "light" version, and they have been very tasty. Only, I have not been with a custard texture, but rough, I do not know if I have put a lot of pineapple or if it has to be that way. But they were delicious, yes… A fantastic summer dessert….

Hi Narci, the pineapple chunks are not a little rough, but you can add less pineapple. I'm very glad you liked them. All the best.

I usually make this custard, it is very rich but I do not put cornstarch, but more eggs, but it is usually cut, is it that I mix the juice badly?

Hello chefi, the ideal is that if the recipe calls for cornstarch, add it, just as for the other ingredients it has, it is not preferable to add so much egg.
