Many times, when I go to an Italian restaurant and there is this dish, I always ask for it. We love cheese and the risottos, so this recipe is perfect. It is very sweet and the mixture of cheeses is delicious.
I always comment that one of the things I like the most about Thermomix® is how rich the rice At its perfect point of cooking, with the grain al dente and full of flavor.
It is important to add the water or the vegetable broth boiling. I put a liter of water to boil in a saucepan before starting the recipe and so when I add the 700 g of water I have it ready.
Another important detail is to weigh the cheeses at the beginning, since they are added with the machine running and we already have to have them ready. If the time is over they have not been mixed well, we do it with the spatula using very smooth movements and with the heat they fall apart in a moment.

Uhm, like you well diecs, the rice is luxurious in the TMX, which I love because it costs me a lot to get the point of the rice in the pan. I like it that way with so much cheese, but I'm going to see if I tune the recipe to remove cream and butter and subtract calories, which we are not like to overdo it! A kiss!

Hello Josefina, if you have the TM31 you can only make for 6 people, if you have the T5 you can double the amounts and make for 8. The times should be left the same since a grain of rice always takes the same time to cook 😉
