Thermomix Recipe Seabass en papillote

This is one of those recipes that always come in handy for dinners or light meals. It is ideal for eating fish in a healthy and fat-free way.

It is very simple to prepare, you just have to make a few papillotes and, at the end of the recipe, dress it with a splash of lemon and ready to serve. Also this recipe can be made with others white fish such as hake, cod, rooster or sole.

I accompanied this dish with a delicious light asparagus cream but if you want we can put on top of the fish some thin strips of carrot, zucchini, pepper or any vegetable that suits us and there is a ideal and very light plate.

You can put a vegetable broth tablet in the water, put inside the basket with potatoes in pieces and eggs, and in the varoma put vegetables such as broccoli, carrot, pepper ... etc. and on top of it the little fish. In about 20 minutes you have a super dish.

      In the glass you can put a liter of water with a stock cube and inside the basket with potatoes and boiled eggs and thus you have, a broth and fish with boiled potatoes and eggs. All the best

    The fish has to be good, I sometimes make hake but I have never made it with paper I make it without covering it and it comes out good but I don't put anything in the basket because it tastes like fish it will be because I don't cover the fish, I'll try it thanks
