Ingredients
- 300 g of special bread for torrijas
- 500 ml of milk
- 225 ml Baileys
- 5 tablespoons of sugar for the milk
- 1 plate of sugar with a tablespoon of cinnamon powder mixed
- 2 eggs
- 1 plate of flour
- Olive oil or sunflower oil
- 1 small jar of caramel sauce
Preparation
We pour the 500 ml of milk into the glass, the 5 tablespoons of sugar and the 225 ml of Baileys. We schedule it during 1 minutes at varoma temperature at speed 1.
We take this mixture out on a tray with a little bottom. We place the torrijas on the milk and let it absorb it for 30 minutes.
We place the torrijas on a wire tray to drain for 10 minutes. We prepare a plate with flour and a plate with the two beaten eggs. We also prepare a frying pan with oil and heat it up.
