Turkish bread with cream cheese and seeds

We have this Turkish bread that is wonderful. Is another way to make bread and that it will not be complicated at all. In addition to doing it with our robot, you will hardly have to knead anything because you will not need it.

We will make the dough with some easy ingredients that we can easily buy. Then we will let it rest for an hour and then proceed to give it a simple form of round bread.

When we have it, we will only need to do the final touches, where we will add a mix of seeds and cream cheese. This recipe admits many more ingredients and we only show you a simple sample that can be expanded depending on the diner's taste.

Ingredients

  • 240 ml of warm water
  • 20 g of sugar
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 30 ml of aceite oliva
  • 480 g of wheat flour
  • 15 g of salt
  • Assorted Seed Mix
  • 3 tablespoons Philadelphia cream cheese

Preparation

  1. In our Thermomix glass we pour the 240 ml of warm water, the 20 g of sugar and the 10 g of dry baker's yeast. Cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  2. Add the 30 ml of olive oil, the 15 g of salt and half of the flour (about 240 g). We cover and program 2 minutes at kneading speed.

  3. After the time, we add the rest of flour (the other 240 g) and we return to program other 3 minutes at kneading speed.

  4. Remove the dough from the glass and place it on a bowl. Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour. The dough will have to rise in volume.

  5. After the time, we sprinkle a surface with flour and place the dough. We tried to stretch it with our hands and giving it a round shape.

  6. Emphasis must be placed on leaving a wide edge and leaving the central part low. We stick our fingers to make it go down and prick it with a fork.

  7. We put small portions of cheese in the center of the bread and cover the sides with the seeds. We heat the oven to 200°, with heat up and down.

  8. We put the bread inside the oven in the central part. Let it bake for 10 minutes.
