I bring you a warm and very healthy plate for dine tonight. It's a vegetable stew, with carrot, onion, pumpkin, mushroom and some ham cubes. It remains as a soup, with a very tasty broth. It is so good, that I repeat it often for dinners and it is always a success.
It is a low-calorie and very nutritious dinner, which you can complete by taking a poached egg in the center of the plate.
