If you want to do some homemade buns to put in the center of your Christmas tables here we show you, in a video, our proposal.

They taste like anise and orange and, although no one would say it, they are made without manteca.

Once the dough is made, we shape them using the beaker. And, after baking, we batter them in icing sugar… and voila!

Some very easy balls to make with anise flavor and orange aroma. Great for the Christmas period and for any time of the year.

Plus:

We put the sunflower oil, the white wine, the orange juice and the anise (in grain, not liquor) in the glass. We program 4 seconds, speed 5.
Add the flour, the grated orange peel and the yeast. Mix a few seconds (10 seconds will be enough) in speed 4. If necessary, use the spatula to lower the flour that has remained on the walls of the glass and mix again in speed 4, until everything is well integrated.
We spread the dough with a rolling pin - you don't have to spread it much - and cut the balls with the Thermomix cup.
We place the buns on a baking tray that we will have covered with baking paper.
Bake at 180º for approximately 25 minutes.
Once we take them out of the oven, we coat them with icing sugar.
