Butter apple shells

Preparation

1. In our Thermomix glass we add the 160 ml of whole milk, the 60 g of sugar, the egg, the pinch of salt and the 25 g of fresh baker's yeast. We schedule it during 2 minutes at 37 ° at speed 2.

2. We lift the lid and add the 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt, the 150 g of soft butter, the sachet of baking powder and the 600 g of wheat flour. We schedule it during 3 minutes at kneading speed. After kneading, we check that we have a smooth and elastic dough. We cover the glass and let it rest for 30 minutes.

3. While we let it rest, we cut the apple into very small pieces, place it in a bowl and set it aside. We prepare a table with sprinkled flour to spread the dough.

4. We place the dough on the dough and with our hands and knead a little to form a ball. With the help of a rolling pin we spread the dough, in total we will form a rectangle of 35 × 55 cm. We add sugar by hand on the surface of the dough and spread the apple pieces over it until the entire surface is completely covered.

5. We can start heating the oven to 200 °. We take from the narrower side and begin to roll all the dough to form a roll. Once formed we take a large knife and cut slices about 2 cm thick.

6. We prepare a tray that can go into the oven and place the cut slices, taking care that they do not open. We put it in the oven and cook them for 2 minutes with heat up and down. They have to be golden.

7. Mix the 5 tablespoons and the two level tablespoons of ground cinnamon in a bowl. When the shells are baked, we spread them with the melted butter (we will have previously melted it in a microwave at low power) and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon. When we let them cool we will have them ready to drink.
