Apple pie

My daughter, the one holding the plate in the video, loves the recipe because she says it's a apple pie. I am not very convinced that it is because, for me, apple pie they have to have more apple inside. But part of the reason is: it is a cake and, in addition, of apple.

You will see that the ingredients are divided into three groups. The first is to make the base, the second for the filling and the third for the cream that covers the cake. They seem like many ingredients but the truth is that there are only seven, not one more nor one less: butter, flour, apple, sugar, almonds, egg and lemon. If you have all of them at home, take a look at the video and encourage yourself to prepare it because, for how simple it is, it is really delicious.

Thanks for the videorecipe, it is better this way for those of us who want to make it. Any doubt can be done in a silicone mold that is removable?
And if not in a normal one, then you have to unmold it?
    Thank you

      Hello Maria!
In a silicone mold it will look just as good. And yes, better if it is removable.
If you do it in a normal one, leave the baking paper with which you have stretched it at the base. So then you can remove it without any problem.
Thank you for following us! A kiss.

Hi! What size mold have you used? In the video I did not seem to see that you grease it before putting the dough, is it necessary to do it?

    regards

      Hello rosa,
My mold is 28 centimeters in diameter. In the video I have not greased it because in that mold, with the silicone edge, it does not usually stick. But to make sure it looks great, it is best to grease it with a little butter and flour or with this non-stick that gives very good results: https://www.thermorecetas.com/antiadherente-para-moldes/
      A kiss!
