    It is not very sweet, it is true but you can eat it I always make less sugar and for me it is fine, the only downside is that I stay dry and quite golden underneath a little more and it burns I have left it an hour and it is a lot of me I think 50 min is enough

    Hello, my butter has cut off when I added the honey and the egg and set it to speed 5, as indicated in the recipe. The butter was at room temperature. I had to give it heat to unify the dough and continue, but mixing at speed 3.
    I have the thx 31, but if the tm5 and 6 have more power, I suppose it would be the same.
    It is simply an observation. For the rest, the Plum cake has come out perfect. My oven has been enough with 40 min.
