Apricot sauce with natural yogurt

apricot-sauce-with-yogurt

It is a simple dessert where we are going to give maximum prominence to a delicious apricot sauce that we will prepare in our Thermomix.

The sauce is made in six minutes. It should be done before so that you can cool in the fridge.

Once cold we serve it with natural yogurt, skimmed, Greek... the one you like the most.

In point 2, do you also have to put yogurt?

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hi carmen,
No, no, the yogurt is for serving time. The sauce is made only with apricots, sugar, and lemon.
It is now corrected so there is no confusion.
      A hug!

Do you also need yogurts to make the apricot sauce ?!
Or are they just for the sauce?

    1.    Thermomix recipes said

Hi Estela! The yogurt is only to be put on top of the sauce, when presenting the dessert.

    Good afternoon,
I would like to know if you have tried to make the sauce with peaches in syrup ……. Do you think it could give good results? the same with a little less sugar, right?

    Thanks in advance,
Greetings and congratulations on your blog
    Monica

      Hello Monica,
I haven't tried it ... I can't tell you how it will look but you can always try it. I would do it without sugar. Reserve the juice and, as you see it, add a little at the end. Then you grind it and see what happens!
