Arabic cupcakes

arabic-cupcakes

If there is something that characterizes these arabic cupcakes it is its mixture of aromas and flavors: orange blossom water, almonds and honey.

They are a different bite, with a that surrounds them, a filling dried fruit candy and a syrup characteristic.

El orange blossom water makes us slightly reminiscent of roscon de reyes but from the photo, and even from the ingredients, you will see that they have nothing to do with it.

If any of you know them or do them like this or in another way, feel free to tell us, we would love to know other versions!

Just a clarification, to make the syrup you have to put in a thermomix temperature 100º, and it can also be done by putting 10 min.- 100º - speed. two.

I want to make this recipe, which I think is great, but then I am left wondering if the syrup should be set at a temperature or not?
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks to you, Irene. Yes, make the syrup at 90º. You can even remove the cup to make it thick. I hope you like it.
