Asparagus and spinach cream

We are going to elaborate a smooth asparagus cream while still enjoying the most tender part of this vegetable: the tips. In order to take advantage of the time, we are going to cook these tips in varoma while we cook the cream in the glass.

To the cream, in addition to asparagus, we are going to add fresh spinach. Hence that intense green color that can be seen in the photo.

Don't forget to serve it with the tips that we have steamed and, of course, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

They are fresh spinach but, even so, there are not many. This time the protagonists are the asparagus. In any case, you can put more if you want.
      Thanks for writing us, Eva
