You do not know how much it helps the fact that you put the nutritional information in the recipes. I am super grateful. That and the fact that all the recipes you have published are terrific has made you one of my top 3 websites when I start cooking. Be sure that this is the test too <3

Hello!
I have been making the recipes for your website for years, although I would say that I have never written. I congratulate you! Thing I want to cook with the thermomix, I come here and I'm looking for a recipe !!!
If I wanted to add minced meat to this recipe ... in what step should I add it and how much would you recommend?
Thank you very much 😉
Hello, Martha!
Thank you very much for your comment. Do not hesitate to write to us whenever you want, we will be happy to read you.
I would put the minced meat in step 3 but after having sautéed the aubergines a little, that is, I would put the aubergines with the tomato and program 5 minutes, 100º, spoon speed. Then I would add the meat and program the 10 minutes in section 3 and then the other 10 minutes in section 4.
Uff, I don't know if I have explained myself well… Regarding the amount of meat, 150 or 200 g may be fine, don't you think?
Let's see how it looks on you 😉
A kiss!
