Aunt Rosetta Cake

I followed the recipe from one of my favorite stories to make this apple cake. The little pigs, in this children's book, give Lobo the ingredients for his aunt Rosita's fantastic apple pie. The amounts are very easy to remember: they are only two figures. 

And ingredients They couldn't be simpler: flour, butter, sugar, eggs, apple and yeast. 

I encourage you to read and prepare the recipe. Sure to become one of your basic de confectionery. In case you are interested, I leave you the title of the story: The wolf who discovered the Land of Tales.

Ingredients

  • 125g lightly salted butter (salted optional)
  • 125 g of sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 3 beautiful apples
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast dessert

Preparation

  1. We fit the butterfly on the blades. Put the butter (at room temperature) and the sugar in the glass. We program 3 minutes, speed 3.

  2. We add the eggs and program 1 minute, speed 3.

  3. We remove the butterfly from the blades. Add the flour and yeast. We program 16 seconds, speed 3.

  4. We just integrate everything well with the spatula.

  5. Peel and core the apples. We cut them into small pieces and add those small pieces to the dough that we have just prepared.

  6. We integrate everything well with the spatula.

  7. Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 40 minutes.
