Avocado Cheesecake

avocado-cheese-tart

He had been mulling over the idea of making a avocado pie, sweet Green color. I like to experiment with colors and I also wanted to show my children "Green is cool." So I tried adapting the recipe from the beetroot cheesecake and try avocado ... Total success. It is very good. So much so that I know my avocado experiments are not over yet. You will see.

I made a small cake, for four people. You can use a mold of about 12 cm. so that it comes out thick. Although mine, which was thinner, was very good, a greater thickness allows to better enjoy the flavor and texture of the cheesecakes. And if you want it bigger, for more servings, you can double the ingredients, keeping the times and speeds the same, and then the appropriate mold will be the 20 cm one. approx. I did it at microwave but I also tell you how we would do it at kiln.  You can accompany it with jam or natural fruit.

Hi! It seems to me a very original recipe and I am looking forward to trying it. Do you think it would be good to put the dough in individual silicone molds? Should the cooking time have to be modified? Thank you!

Hello Maria. Yes, I think it will look good. The mold that I use is also made of silicone. Remember to cover them with plastic wrap. And yes, you will have to shorten the cooking times, but no problem. In the microwave it starts for 5 minutes and you add 2 by 2. In the oven, start with 20 and you add 5 by 5. The piece you see in the photo is cut with a round pasta cutter, it is also another option if you prefer. I hope you like it. A kiss!

Would this serve as a postré or as an entrance? It seems very rich to me and I think I'm going to try to make it

It's a dessert, Moses. It is sweet. It is very tasty and it is very easy. It will work out for you, you'll see. But you have given me a great idea, because one with cheese and avocado but salty has to be delicious. I'm going to get with her to see how it goes. I'll tell you about the salty one and you'll tell me about the sweet one. A hug!
