Sweet cream of avocado, cottage cheese and honey

What a good combination of these three ingredients: avocado, curd y miel. They are delicious on toast, as a complement to breakfast, with a little cottage cheese, a slice of avocado and a drizzle of honey on top. But turned into a sweet cream they are delicious, like creamy dessert to drink cold, as a filling tartlets or puff pastry or as a substitute for pastry cream in cakes and pastries such as strudel.

It is a very easy and it's done in less than 1 minute.

Ingredients

• 1 avocado (120 g approx.)
• 200 g cottage cheese
• 50 ml of milk
• 50-70 g of honey (depending on how sweet you like it)

Preparation

1. Put all the ingredients in the glass and blend during 30 seconds at speed 7

2. Keep in the refrigerator until the moment of use.
