• 85 g of sunflower oil
• 1 lemon (the skin and the juice)

• 2 large, ripe bananas
• 250 g flour
• 10 g of yeast type Royal

Preparation

1. We put the sugar in the glass and program 10 seconds, speed 10.

2. Add the eggs, milk, oil, grated lemon peel, lemon juice, salt and sliced ​​bananas. We program 30 seconds, speed 5.

3. Add the flour and yeast. We program 10 seconds, speed 5.

4. We put the dough in our mold of approximately 22 centimeters in diameter.

5. We bake at 180 for approximately 45 minutes.

Notes

If we want we can grate the lemon peel at the beginning, with the sugar.
