Banana nut muffins

Preparation

1. We preheat the oven to 180º.

2. We put the muffin papers in a rigid muffin mold.

3. We put the nuts in the glass and program 3 seconds, speed 8. We take out and reserve.

4. We put the peeled banana, the grated lemon skin and the juice in the glass. We program 6 seconds, speed 7.

5. We add the oil, the yogurt, the sugar and the egg. We mix during 40 seconds at speed 4.

6. Add the flour, yeast, baking soda and salt. We program 20 seconds, speed 4.

7. Finally, we add the walnuts and mix 10 seconds, speed 3.

8. We put our dough in the paper molds (reaching almost to the edge).

9. We bake for approximately 30 minutes.

10. We take out and ready!
