BBQ meat croquettes

If you are lucky enough to be able to cook Barbecue meat, enjoying the good time with family or friends, I am sure that today's recipe will be put into practice very soon.

Somarro, bacon… They are cuts that we usually cook on grills and that are really delicious, right? Well, if one day you have this meat already cooked, reserve it to prepare some croquettes.

Unlike salmon croquettes that we prepared the other day, these they cook in a short time: in 10 minutes we will have the dough ready. In addition, here the meat will be very minced, camouflaged with the dough, so it is a perfect recipe for the enemies of tripping.

Ingredients

For the dough of the croquettes:

• 35 g leek (white part)
• 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
• 160 g of wheat flour
• 800g milk
• 2 or 3 pinches of salt
• Nutmeg
• 250 g of pork cooked on a barbecue (bacon, somarro ...)

To batter and fry:

• Egg
• Milk
• Bread crumbs
• Frying oil

Preparation

1. We put the meat in pieces in the glass and activate 3 times the option of turbo. We remove the meat and reserve it.

2. Without having to wash the glass, we put the onion and oil in it. We program 3 seconds, speed 5. Next we program 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

3. We incorporate the flour, pouring it around the blades, and program 3 minutes, 120, speed 3.

4. Now add the milk, salt and nutmeg. We program 10 seconds, speed 6. Next we program 5 minutes, 100º, speed 4.

5. We incorporate the meat and we integrate it with the spatula. We program 2 minutes, 100º, speed 5.

Notes

We can substitute the leek for onion.
