Basic recipe: batter for fish fries

batter-for-frying

With today's recipe you can coat any fish that you want to fry.
The ingredients are simple. The only slightly quirky one may be the soda water But, if you don't have it, you can replace it with natural water.
It is even possible to customize the recipe to your liking by changing the parsley for another Aromatic herb.
And if you are not lovers of fried foods ... try it in the oven. It happens as with the nuggets… That the result is different but it also looks good.

Good morning Ascen. Can we replace the egg with some other ingredient? We have a little allergic to it, and we have to find ways to make almost everything homemade, a follower of yours since Silvia and Elena were there. Thank you very much and see you between recipes.

      Hello Antonio,
I have a niece who is also allergic to eggs and, when my sister saw your message, she wrote to me right away to give you the solution. She told me that with Yolanda flour the batters come out great. There is one in El Corte Inglés or in supermarkets like Carrefour.
Apparently, this brand, Yolanda, has a website with recipes. For the prawns, for example, you have to put 60% Yolanda flour, 40% sparkling water, salt and parsley.
I hope your little one likes it. And thank you for following us for so long!
      A hug

Good morning, yesterday I happened to prepare breaded hake fillets and I saw your recipe and I have to say that it was perfect since the batter did not take any oil nor did it lose its crunchiness when it cooled down.perfect .thanks.
