Today we suggest you a starter based on legumes: a delicious Bean salad. Without a doubt, it is a good way to bring this legume to the table on the hottest days.
We have put two chives sliced but you can replace them with a little onion. Before joining them to the rest of the ingredients we will make a kind of pickle quickly, marinating them in a mixture of water and vinegar.
We will also put tomatoes, black olives and an original anchovy sauce.
