Curd in Thermomix

let's prepare this curd with Maria cookies. Of course, you can substitute the Maria cookies for your favorites. It is a very easy dessert to make and that the sweet tooth loves.

At the time of serving you can put on the surface a little miel and a few pieces of the cookies you have used.

¿What do you not have Thermomix? Nothing happens. Chop the cookies by hand and continue the recipe using a traditional saucepan, mixing with a few rods or with a simple wooden spoon.

Ingredients

For the curd:

  • 140 g Maria biscuits
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 20 g honey
  • 1 envelope of curd

For the surface:

  • Honey
  • Some cookie pieces

Preparation

  1. We put the cookies in the glass of our food processor. We program 5 seconds, speed 4.

  2. Pour a little milk into a glass or a small bowl. We reserve it. In the Thermomix glass we now put the rest of the milk and honey. We program 5 minutes, 100º, spoon speed.

  3. We dissolve the curd powder in the milk that we have reserved. 

  4. Add this mixture to the rest of the ingredients, putting it in the Thermo glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 5. We schedule below 5 minutes, 100º, speed 3.

  5. We distribute it in individual containers and let it cool, first at room temperature and then in the refrigerator. Ideally, it should be in the refrigerator about 4 hours before serving.

  6. At the time of taking it to the table we decorate our curds with a few pieces of biscuit and a little honey
