Is it cold, right? Well, now we have an excuse to turn on the oven and prepare some delicious bow cookies.

Conclusion two colors and two flavors also, although we start from an initial mass. We will divide this mass in two and, to one of the halves, we will add the cocoa.

Ingredients

For the mass:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150g cold butter
  • 30 g of orange juice (you can substitute a liqueur)
  • 30 g honey
  • 30 g of water
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Royal type baking yeast
  • 10 g of bitter cocoa powder

To batter:

  • 60 g brown sugar

Preparation

  1. Put the flour, butter, orange juice, honey, water, 40 g of sugar and yeast in the glass. we program 30 seconds, speed 4.

  2. Remove half of the dough (approximately) from the glass, compact it and reserve.

  3. Add the 10 g of cocoa powder to the glass. we program 15 seconds, speed 4. We remove the brown mass from the glass and compact it too.

  4. We preheat the oven to 180º.

  5. We form balls of about 7 or 10 grams with the white dough. We also form balls of about 7 or 10 grams with the brown dough.

  6. Take a ball of each color. We put them in the hand and form a strip of dough of about 10-12 centimeters. We will see how the colors intermingle at will.

  7. We join that strip at the ends, forming a kind of loop.

  8. We do that with all the balls.

  9. We pass the ties through a plate with brown sugar, coating them. We are placing them on one or two baking trays that we will have previously covered with baking paper.

  10. Bake at 180º for approximately 15 minutes.
