Shall we prepare a picnic to delight everyone? We will put chorizo, cooked ham and mozzarella. It will help us to better cope with the low temperatures of these days.

The dough is soft, maybe that's why the kids like it so much. children. We will prepare it in Thermomix and then we will let it rise for about an hour before stretching it.

Ingredients

For the mass:

  • 120 g of butter
  • 250 g of water (first we put 50 g and then the rest)
  • 15 g fresh baker's yeast
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 500 g of flour and a little more for the hob
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the filling:

  • 120 g of cooked ham in pieces
  • 60 g chorizo ​​in chunks
  • 200 g de mozzarella

Plus:

  • A tablespoon of oil for brushing

Preparation

  1. We put the butter, water, yeast and sugar in the glass. We program 2 minutes, 37º, speed 2.

  2. We add the rest of the water, the flour and the salt. We program 2 minutes, spike speed. 

  3. We put the dough in a large bowl and form a ball with our hands. 

  4. We cover with a cloth and let it rest for about an hour.

  5. After that time we put the dough on the counter, with a little flour, and spread it to form a rectangle.

  6. We put the ham, the chorizo ​​and the mozzarella in this rectangle. We roll it up the longest part.

  7. We cut it as seen in the video and braid it. We roll up that braid.

  8. We paint the surface with a little olive oil.

  9. Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 50 minutes.

  10. We let it cool for a few minutes on a rack and we have it ready.

Notes

If we have leftovers, we can keep it in the refrigerator.
