Bread cake

bread-cake

Here I am with my proposal for the weekend: a bread cake, low calorie, with inexpensive ingredients and very at home.

It's a kind of pudding made with bread, milk, eggs, chocolate, fresh fruit and dried fruit, which is prepared in a Thermomix and cooked in the oven.

You can use the bread that you have left a couple of days ago. It can be bar, loaf, wholemeal ... If it is gluten-free bread, people with celiac disease can also have this cake.

It will surprise you because, having no oil or butter, it is not heavy not cloying. And the flavor is very good.

Hello Ascen, I have left you a question in another recipe (apple and walnut cake) about the substitution of milk in the cakes, what can I replace it with? Thank you!!

    regards

      Hello rosa,
In this case, I would replace it with another vegetable milk that will be the one that will flavor our bread.
      A hug!

      Hello Rocio!
I have not tried to make it with sliced bread. I guess it will come out but it will be more caloric than with normal bread.
      A hug
