You know that my sourdough and I are inseparable. I refresh it almost every day and use it to prepare the bread that we eat at home every day. Starting from a portion of solid sourdough we can obtain a liquid one (which is the one I have used in this recipe) by putting the same amount of water as flour in the soda.
I have yet to write an article on this topic. I will explain to you how I make the soft drinks and how I usually keep them.
Going back to the sticks ... stay tuned in the baked because, depending on the thickness you give them, they will need more or less time. Keep in mind that, having oil, the cooking will be faster.

Hi, Charo! Someone you know has to give it to you ... find out if someone works at home with sourdough. If not, you can make it yourself starting from water, flour and another ingredient such as yogurt or honey. This second option is more complex but not impossible 😉
