Some very easy buns to make with our Thermomix. They are made with simple ingredients and filled with cocoa cream although you can combine them with the filling that you like the most, they are also ideal for breakfasts or snacks.

Ingredients

550g of wheat flour
145g sugar
25g fresh baker's yeast
1 beaten egg
80g butter, soft or at room temperature
250g of natural yogurt
the zest of a lemon
1 egg yolk
cocoa cream

Preparation

In our Thermomix glass we add lThe 550g of wheat flour, the 145g of sugar, the 25g of fresh baker's yeast, the beaten egg, the grated lemon zest and the 250g of natural yogurt. We are going to mix all the ingredients and we are going to knead them, we program during 3 minutes at kneading speed.
We cast the 80g soft butter or at room temperature, we are going to knead it all together again by programming 2 minutes at kneading speed.
We take out the dough and knead it a little with our hands to give it a round shape. We are going to let it ferment, we will place it in a container where we will add a little flour to its base. We are going to ferment for 4 hours approximately, with this type of flour it takes a little longer and we will do it at room temperature, around 20 degrees.
When we see that it has doubled its volume, we can cut it into portions to form the buns. We are going to divide it into 9 or 10 portions. We can divide it by eye or weigh it with the scale of our Thermomix. The total weight that it gives you is divided into the number of servings we have chosen. The result of each portion is the amount of dough you have to choose to form each bun.
We heat the oven to 180 °. We stretch each portion with the roller in a rectangular shape. In one of its parts we cast the cocoa cream, we turn the dough a little to wrap the part of the cream. In the other part that we have left, we make some cuts and fully wrap the bun.
With all the buns formed we are going to give you some brushstrokes with the yolk of an egg, It will be so that they take a golden tone when they are baked. We put them in the oven about 25 minutes, or when they take on a golden hue. In my case, after 20 minutes they were already golden and I had to remove them.
