In today's risotto the protagonists are Brussels sprouts. Carry turmeric (hence the color of the rice that you see in the photo) and is buttered with a few pieces of brie cheese.
I have prepared it with Brussels sprouts which was already cooked but you can do it starting from uncooked cabbages, cut into quarters, and controlling the amount of broth - take a look at the Notes section.
And don't forget to finish the plate with grated orange or tangerine peel.
