Are you afraid to whip the cream with Thermomix? I always imposed myself until I discovered that if it is cut it can benefit to make butter.

You can not imagine how good it feels to do this type of recipes at home. In fact until I had my Thermomix it had not even crossed my mind.

    RICA RICA I just had my breakfast with this fantastic butter, I made half the amount in case I didn't like it and super fast, I couldn't believe it, I added a little bit of fine salt and my toasts were better than possible, thank you!

    It should have held you longer ... In any case it can freeze. You can also store it in the freezer in individual portions: you can put it in ice cube molds, the kind of silicone, and freeze it for a few hours; When it is hard, you take out the portions and wrap them, one by one, in baking paper and then in aluminum foil and put them all together in an airtight bag. I say about wrapping them so much so that they don't get flavor in the freezer.
    For next time you can also make less quantity, with 200 gr of whipping cream. I put here the recipe for this amount:
    We put the liquid cream in the glass, without butterfly and beat a few minutes at speed 7 (until we notice that the sound of the machine changes). When we open the lid we see that the whey has been separated from the fat). We put everything in the basket and wash it with cold water (we can put a bottle of water in the refrigerator a few hours before and wash it with this water). We drain the butter in the basket, and dry it well with kitchen paper. If we want to mix it with something (salt, sugar, some aromatic herb), we put the butter back into the glass, add the ingredient we want and mix on speed 5.
