As we like chocolate so much, we have prepared this cake with the three traditional flavors of chocolate in its three versions. It is a cake with a texture that will remind us of the typical mousse that melts in our mouth.
With the steps that we indicate you can calmly make this delicious cake that will not be difficult for you to do with the jelly technique.
Therefore, it is a dessert that does not need an oven and for it to take its shape and three colors, each layer must be allowed to rest and flavor long enough to assemble the next layer. With patience you will observe that you can get a movie dessert.

Ingredients
- 600 g whipping cream
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g white chocolate
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 9 gelatin sheets
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- Blackberries for garnish
- Red and green candied fruit
Preparation
In our Thermomix glass we add the 600 ml of whipping cream. We place the butterfly because we are going to mount it. We schedule it during 50 seconds at speed 3,5. The blending time is indicative since surely we need a little more to beat it, but neither take time because it can happen to us.
We add the 150 g of sugar and we program again during 5 seconds at speed 3,5. With the whipped cream we separate 6 tablespoons of cream in a bowl. The rest of the cream is separated into three equal parts in three bowls.
We soak three sheets of neutral gelatin in a large glass of water to soften them. In our uncleaned Thermomix glass we add the 150 g of white chocolate along with two tablespoons of whipping cream. We mix them during 1,30 minutes at 90 ° at speed 1,5.
Add the drained gelatins and reprogram during 40 seconds at 80 ° at speed 1,5.
In one of the bowls that we have with cream we mix our melted white chocolate. We remove it with a rod and set aside. We prepare a rectangular mold and line it with plastic wrap. Inside we pour our cream and put it all together in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes so that it curdles. We are going to hydrate another 3 gelatin sheets.
In our glass without cleaning we do the same step again. This time we add the 150 g of milk chocolate along with two tablespoons of cream. We mix it all up during 1 minute at 90 ° at speed 1,5.
We add the 3 sheets of hydrated gelatin and we program again during 40 seconds at 80 ° at speed 3.
We mix all the chocolate with another of the whipped cream bowls and pour it over the first layer that we have to have solidified. We put the pan in the refrigerator again for about 20 minutes to solidify. We put the other 3 sheets of neutral gelatin to soak.
And finally we prepare the third layer: in our Thermomix glass without cleaning we add the 150 g of dark chocolate together with the two tablespoons that we had of whipped cream. We schedule it during 1 minute at 90 ° at speed 1,5.
We add the three sheets of drained gelatin and we program it again during 40 seconds at 80 ° at speed 1,5. We take out the melted chocolate and mix it with the last bowl of whipped cream. We dump it on top of the second layer of chocolate that we had solidifying. We put this last layer in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes.
Once our cake is set, we unmold it from our pan. If the edges have been very wrinkled, we can fix their sides with a sharp knife so that they are straight. We sprinkle cocoa powder on top and decorate with black blueberries and bits of candied red and green fruit.
