Thermomix Plum Cake Apple and Caramel Dessert Recipe

Today I bring you a recipe that I tried for the first time in a thermomix class and I loved it. You know that whenever I can I like to go to classes that delegations they offer for their clients. It seems to me that it is a fantastic job that its saleswomen do, putting their culinary knowledge into practice with the thermomix and teaching it to everyone who wants to attend and best of all the power to taste it, along with the recipes they give us.

As you already know that I am a sweet tooth, I always think about what dessert they are going to make us and this one captivated me from the beginning, because the apples In any sweet dish they drive me crazy and with the caramel, the raisins, the liquor and the sponge cake, it couldn't be better. I recommend it because it is an ideal recipe to share with a good coffee with family or friends.

Today is not one of my best days telling you things on the blog. I already know that many of you have let me share a little bit of my life, my illusions, my childhood memories, the likes of my family and my princesses, but today I have come something "plof" ... it has been a long time since I see the need to take a break from this hobby, because on a professional level and with the "crisis" that is falling today, I see the need to dedicate much more time to my "school" (which by the way is in Collado Villalba and his name is Pippiu, although it is ugly to say it www.pippiu.com) and I have made the decision with great pain in my heart to say “see you later” from thermorecetas.

Believe me if I tell you that I am going to miss you very much to this great family that between editors and followers we had formed. Even so, I know that my colleagues will continue to do as well or better and I ask you to continue with them, giving them all your support as you have always done.

      Silvia used a 25 X 12 X 7 cm plum-cake mold for her recipe. With 2 finite sliced ​​apples it should give you to line the mold and that you have a few extra to pour into the glass. So if you haven't had any left over, it might be because your apples were too small or because the mold was bigger. But that's not a problem, as you say put one more apple and voila.
