Celery and cream cheese appetizer

The shape of the stems of the celery invites us to prepare an appetizer as attractive as it is delicious. We fill them with a cream cheese in which the strength of the Gorgonzola is softened by the cottage cheese.

And without realizing it we will be taking both garlic and celery in raw, thus benefiting from its many properties. 

The cheese cream can also be presented in the form of a dip, putting the cream in a bowl and on a plate the vegetable sticks, in this case of celery, cut into strips. You can see an example in this avocado dip that our friend Ana prepared.

Fun appetizer in which the celery sprigs serve as a container and house a delicious cream cheese with Gorgonzola, ricotta, garlic and parsley.

Ingredients

• 6 sprigs of celery
• 1 / 2 garlic clove
• Some fresh parsley leaves
• 90 g of ricotta or cottage cheese
• 90 g of Gongonzola
• 20g milk

Preparation

1. We put the garlic and parsley in the glass. We shred programming 6 seconds, speed 6. We take down everything that has been left on the walls and we reprogram 6 seconds, speed 6.

2. We add the ricotta, the Gorgonzola and the milk. We program 10 seconds, speed 4.

3. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

4. We wash the celery sticks well and with a spoon we put the cheese cream on each of them.

Notes

Depending on the consistency of the cheese used, we will add more or less milk. You can add 10 g at first and then a little more if we consider it necessary.[br]I have used Gorgonzola but you can replace it with another blue cheese such as Cabrales or Roquefort.[br]About 6 twigs come out so it can be used for 6 people or for 3. Each stuffed twig has about 70 kcal.
